Connection and Performance is a workshop series about showing up as yourself, as you are and being met by others doing the same. Through honest, playful and low-pressure performance exercises, participants build real connection with the group, try things they haven’t tried before, and grow in confidence week by week.
At its heart, this program is about community: turning up for each other, building trust, and creating a space where every contribution matters and everyone is genuinely seen and heard. No performance experience is necessary — just honesty, curiosity, and a willingness to have fun.

Work and Development Orders (WDOs):
Milk Crate Theatre is an approved WDO organisation. Individuals eligible for WDOs must contact Milk Crate Theatre’s Social Worker to be registered. Individuals must fulfil the criteria for being a Milk Crate Theatre Participant in order to undergo activities for WDOs.
