WEST: In Character
For Young People in the Lithgow Region | Ages 11–16 (not limited to)
This term, we’ll look at Original Characters — how do we create our own? What do they sound like? How do they move? We’ll dig into the building blocks of different character: voice, movement, story and environment.
WEST youth ensemble is a workshop empowering young people through theatre, dance, music and puppetry, building skills in self-expression, communication, devising and performance.
Along the way, Young Artists develop their own interests culminating in the creation and sharing of original stories.
No experience necessary, just curiosity.
