Step into the world of devising and storytelling through song!

Milk Crate Theatre is back to explore performance using song, dialogue and movement. We'll also look at soundscapes and how everyday sounds can inspire and shape songs and story.

Collaborative Artists (i.e. participants) will be guided through how to write their own song or work with an original whilst further developing skills in script writing and making their work.

This series is designed for anyone who is new to Milk Crate Theatre through to those who have had longer engagement with us.

Experience in music and/or song/songwriting is not necessary nor essential.

In all that we do, we acknowledge that the foundations of Milk Crate Theatre are on Gadigal Land of the Eora Nation and that wherever we create, we walk in the footprints of the ancestors that were here before us. We pay respect to Elders past, present and to walk side by side, hand in hand for a healing future.
