Get back to basics with this series of videos that focus on simple exercises that can get you ready for the day, help you wind down, help you relax if you are stressed or anxious, or if you just want to take a moment to ground yourself. 

BREATHING EXERCISES                                                                

This video features a relaxing breathing exercise!

Great to do if you have been feeling a bit anxious, or have a lot of thoughts running around in your head – bring it back to the breath.

 

Please note: If breathing and visualisation exercises cause you anxiety more than relaxation, please do not do this one.

SEATED STRETCH EXERCISES                                                     

This video features a seated stretch and warm up!

 

Great to do if you have been sitting down a lot, or at a desk, or if you have limited mobility and would like to get a bit of blood flow in your body.

 

As with all of our stretching and warm up videos, please make sure to check in with your body regarding any injuries or strains before doing the activities in this video. If anything feels difficult or uncomfortable – do not do it! Or, just do what you can, to the level you feel comfortable at the time.

This video features a standing stretch and warm up!

 

Short standing physical session to stretch the body, and release tension from sitting, laying down, or looking at a device for long periods.
